We’ve got Cows!

Hello people of the internet! I know what you’re thinking, and you’re right. I’m not dead! For the past two weeks I have been in the South East of Texas working with disaster relief for the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. I had little time to update my blog, but I did managed to spend one of my days off getting a few photos from the cattle farm we were staying at.

There were many calves running about the farm, but I couldn’t get close enough to get a decent shot without their parents giving out a warning. I decided not to call their bluff.

I did however, happen to spot one closer by, peering at me from behind his mom. Isn’t he adorable!

Let’s Chat

A little boy that was riding his bike around the property came up to me while I was taking pictures. He asked me a compelling question that I thought I would pass on to all of you. “Which do you like more, chickens or cows?”

I told him cows, but he did make quite a good argument that he would rather be chased by a chicken than a cow. I happen to agree.
